  1. Sanju (Rs 342.53 cr)

Sanju was the top-earning movie of 2018 which is a Rajkumar Hirani directorial and is a biopic of the Bollywood actor, Sanjay Dutt. It features some of the most dramatic and metamorphic changes which Sanjay Dutt witnessed in his life and shares the story to millions of people. It was starred by Ranbir Kapoor and this movie made an amazing amount of Rs 34.75 crore at the time of opening at the box office.

2. Padmaavat (Rs 302.15 cr)

This year, another amazing movie which quickly crossed the 300 cr mark was Padmaavat which is a Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s production. It featured the Bollywood’s superstar Deepika Padukone along with Ranvir Kapoor as well as Shahid Kapoor. This movie even though was surrounded by controversies, still it managed to do exceptionally well and gained a total of Rs 114 crore at the end of the opening weekend.

3. Race 3 (Rs 166.40 cr)

This movie was a quite awaited one and even though wasn’t that better as expected, still it managed to gross more than 100 crs because of Bhai’s fandom and thus became the third-highest Bollywood grosser of the year 2018. Along with that, it did fine in the first week of its release, yet didn’t manage to do good for the rest of the year.

4. Baaghi 2 (Rs 164.38 cr)

Baaghi 2 is one such movie which managed to do really well and stands on the fourth number of the highest earning movie of 2018. ranks fourth on the list to Bollywood’s top grosser of 2018 behind Race 3. Starring Tiger Shroff and Disha Patani in lead roles, this film earned Rs 73.10 crore at the opening weekend. The numbers went higher at the end of its first week at the box office with Rs 112.85 at the end of Week 1.
